When the order is shipped, you will receive a system generated an email and an SMS with an order number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
At the time your order is confirmed, you will be communicated an estimated delivery time for your items.
Note: If your order has multiple items, you might receive the items in separate packages.
If you are in Dhaka:
You will also receive an SMS on the day your order is being delivered, with the delivery agent’s name and phone number. If there is a payment required for delivery, you will also be reminded of this amount.
In case we are unable to deliver your package, you will also be reminded by an SMS about our attempt to deliver your order. After 3 attempts, the order shall be canceled.
Shipping charges are the costs undertaken by Runway.com.bd and our courier & logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the products in your order.
Exact shipping Charge for your order will be shown to you during the checkout process, calculated using the “Shipping Weight” of the products you have ordered.

The prices displayed in our catalog and on the products are only for the product itself and do not include any shipping charges (which may be applicable).
Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened.

Orders can only be delivered to a Personal address (e.g. home or workplace ). Please note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants. If the payment is made advance payment by Mobile Banking like bkash, Rocket or with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address.
